We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Construction Manager to join our team on the CP7 Western Structures framework, supporting the delivery of a range of exciting schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to further develop their skills and take on increasing levels of responsibility.

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Ensure all engineering designs, methodology, and procedures comply with safety regulations, technical specifications, and industry standards.
  • Review and approval of design and construction plans.
  • Verify correct application of engineering principles throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify manage technical risks.
  • Implement mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity.
  • Consult with CEM, engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions.
  • Function as the technical authority for the contractor on engineering matters.
  • Oversee engineering activities on-site.
  • Monitor compliance with approved designs and specifications during construction.
  • Maintain records of engineering decisions and approvals.
  • Ensure traceability and compliance for audits and regulatory checks.
  • Sets clear and appropriate goals that consider the bigger picture.
  • Drives well to achieve consistent results.
