Construction Contracts Manager required for a local independent building client, responsible for the day-to-day running of various construction sites in the area. Candidates must have previous experience as a Construction Contracts Manager and ideally hold an SMSTS or other management health and safety qualification. The role

• Manage day-to-day construction site operations
• Prepare Construction phase Health and Safety Plan and Manual at project completion
• Order materials
• Arrange sub-contractors
• Coordinate with architects and clients
• Price future work contracts
• Conduct valuations
• Manage up to 6+ sites simultaneously

The Person

• Possess SMSTS or another management-level health and safety qualification
• Proficient in IT
• Knowledge of construction programming software is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, face-to-face
