Job description

We are looking to recruit a Configuration Analyst, initially on a 6-month basis to be based predominantly on-site at our Ampthill, Bedfordshire offices.

This role will involve performing Configuration and Data Management (CADM) activities as defined in the CADM department on various Business Area programmes. You will follow all Configuration and Data Management practices defined therein and also adhere to Documented Internal LMUK Ampthill CADM Processes and Procedures (Touchstone) that relate to performance of duties on the Programme.

Required skills, qualifications, and experience:

  • Strong working knowledge and experience in the key facets of Configuration Management:
  • Management and Planning
  • Configuration Identification
  • Change Control
  • Configuration Status Accounting
  • Verification and audit

In addition, the candidate must have:

  • A working knowledge of DEF-STAN 05-57
  • Core IT skills, Microsoft Product Set, and PDM tools (Windchill/Teamcenter)
  • A general understanding of Software Configuration Management
