Job summary

Presidents Summit, Northern Europe’s leading business conference company, seeks an operations professional to own the end-to-end delivery of 10 European private equity conferences a year. You will manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the attendee experience with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

This role offers rapid responsibility in a startup-like environment, working closely with the CEO and founder.

Qualifications

• UK work permit required.
• No specific previous work experience required; training provided.
• On-site role based in London.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Research and Management: source, compare and select best suppliers; negotiate terms; maintain relationships; budget review.
• Event Planning: plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners and after-hours activities; coordinate with venues; provide on-site support.
• Internal Team Support: track and condense team queries; maintain inventory; quality check of promotional materials.
• On-site Volunteer organisation: hire, train and manage a 40-person volunteers team.
