Job summary

Presidents Summit Ltd. in London is seeking a hands-on operations professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences per year. You will manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the overall attendee experience.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, driving responsibility, delivering under tight deadlines, and coordinating many moving parts to land in the right place at the right time.

Qualifications

• No specific prior work experience required; training provided.
• UK work permit required.

Responsibilities

• Source, research and manage suppliers for event needs.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers; ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners and after-hours activities.
• Provide on-site support during events; ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory tracking and update event inventory sheets.
• Hire, train and manage a 40-person team of volunteers.
