Job summary

Presidents Summit Ltd. in London is seeking an experienced operations lead to own the end-to-end delivery of 10 European private equity conferences a year, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the attendee experience.

You will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team, coordinating with venues, suppliers and staff to ship flawless events on time, while building scalable processes and a strong volunteer network for post-event support.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating large-scale events or conferences.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and venues.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of conferences, including venues, suppliers, and on-site teams.
• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for events.
• Lead and train a 40-person volunteer team and coordinate travel for conferences.
