Job summary

SetSales in London is seeking an operations-minded professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences per year. You will oversee venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and attendee experience, ensuring flawless delivery from start to finish.

You'll work onsite at our London HQ near Victoria Station, collaborating with the CEO and founders, and have opportunities to travel to conferences overseas. Training is provided and internal promotion is a priority.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• UK work permit required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage suppliers and contracts.
• Plan and coordinate events and VIP activities.
• Provide on-site support and supervision during conferences.
• Hire, train and manage a 40-person team of volunteers.
• Maintain inventory and ensure promotional materials are ready.
