SetSales, based in London, is looking for an operations-driven professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences per year. You will manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the overall attendee experience, while working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will lead supplier research, contract negotiations and on-site coordination, including managing a 40-person volunteer team and travel to conferences overseas.

Formación

• Training is provided
• UK work permit required
• Strong organisational and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Source, compare and select best suppliers for event needs
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Plan and coordinate on-site events and manage 40-person volunteer team
• Lead budget reviews and inventory tracking for events
• Provide on-site support to ensure events run smoothly
