Job summary

CFO Insights is seeking an operations-focused professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences a year from our London HQ. You’ll manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the attendee experience.

This fast-paced role requires meticulous coordination, calm under deadlines, and hands-on leadership of a 40-person on-site volunteer crew. Training is provided and UK work permit is required.

Qualifications

• UK work permit required.
• Willingness to start onsite in London.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare, and hire the best event suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure quality.
• Budget review and management; raise changes ahead of time.
• Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities.
• Provide on-site support during events.
• Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
