Job summary

CFO Insights, London HQ, seeks an operations professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences per year. You will manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the overall conference experience.

You will work in-person at the HQ in London, with opportunities to travel for conferences overseas, and play a pivotal role in shaping events in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Training provided; no specific prior experience required.
• UK work permit required to work in London.
• Excellent communicator, with strong verbal and written skills.
• Well-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Source, assess and manage event suppliers; negotiate terms and contracts.
• Plan and coordinate conferences, including VIPs, venues and on-site logistics.
• Support internal team, track queries and maintain event inventories.
• Hire, train and lead a 40-person on-site volunteer team.
