Job summary

Retail Insights in London is seeking an operations professional to own the end-to-end execution of our European private equity conferences. You’ll coordinate venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and overall attendee experience across 10 events per year.

You’ll work closely with a fast-moving team in our London HQ, shipping details under tight deadlines, while developing internal processes and mentoring volunteers as needed. UK work permit is required.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and manage suppliers for venues and event needs.
• Coordinate with venues and staff to ensure all logistical details are in place.
• Provide on-site support during conferences and events to ensure smooth execution.
• Hire, train and manage a 40-person volunteer team for events.
