You will manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and overall attendee experience for 10 events per year, with hands-on leadership and meticulous attention to detail.

• Source, compare and select suppliers for event needs.
• Plan and coordinate sponsored VIP events, venues, and on-site logistics.
• Maintain inventory, track event assets and materials.
• Recruit, train and oversee a 40-person volunteer team on-site.
