Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities in this job will vary however, they will be mostly centred around:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set targets, develop customer profiles, identify potential customers, research customer challenges, and maintain an accurate database.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, web, social, digital ads) to boost sales, engagement, leads, brand awareness, and revenue.
  • Segment audiences using data, tailor messages and optimise campaigns for set objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing to exceed targets; collaborate with digital specialists for content and landing pages.
  • Create evergreen content for digital channels, manage the online sales funnel, and qualify leads.
  • Work with external media partners and PR agencies
  • Analyse campaign results to enhance future effectiveness continually.
  • Reporting & analytics
  • Maintain reports on ticket sales, leads, and campaign performance.
What we expect from you
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience
  • IT skills: Canva, copywriting, LinkedIn and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.

Start date: As soon as possible
