At Notting Hill Genesis, we’re looking for a Compliance Support Officer to help strengthen our compliance framework and support the delivery of safe, transparent, and accountable services for our residents.

As a Compliance Support Officer, you will play a key role in strengthening Notting Hill Genesis’ regulatory compliance and governance framework. Working within the Governance and Risk team, you will support regulatory assurance through effective data management, compliance reporting, audit activity, and continuous improvement.
You will help ensure NHG meets its regulatory obligations by maintaining critical compliance tools, supporting audits, analysing compliance data, and working closely with Directors and stakeholders to embed a strong culture of accountability, integrity, and good governance across the organisation.
