Qualifications

• Able to drive and hold a full UK driving licence.

• NVQ level 2/3 building safety qualification required.
• Proven experience in compliance or risk management roles.
• Experience of collaborative working to monitor and develop services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servicing programmes for health and safety compliance.
• Coordinate and arrange works per contractual obligations.
• Verify works completed and oversee post inspections.
• Review contractor applications for payment.
