I am partnered with a global multi-strat hedge fund looking for a senior compliance professional to support the Head of Compliance and partner with colleagues globally.

This is a high-profile role within the London office, offering exposure to senior management and the opportunity to take ownership of key compliance initiatives. Areas of focus will include trading floor compliance, market abuse controls, regulatory change, and broader support across global projects.

Key Requirements
  • At least 5 years’ compliance experience within a hedge fund or large asset manager; trading advisory background advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of UK / EU regulatory frameworks, with experience across surveillance, monitoring, and regulatory engagement
  • Excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Strong academic background
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
