A leading facilities management company in the UK seeks an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee compliance within a PFI healthcare contract. This role involves leading compliance activities, managing audits, and ensuring that service delivery is safe and compliant with legal standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with IT systems. Join us to contribute positively to patient care environments by ensuring high standards.
This is a pivotal position within our Private Finance Initiative (PFI) healthcare contract - a complex, long-term partnership between ISS, the NHS Trust, and our Project Co partners. The Compliance Manager ensures ISS meets every contractual, statutory, and legislative requirement tied to this agreement, protecting both service quality and commercial performance. Reporting to the Key Account Manager and working closely with the Head of Compliance, Healthcare, you'll provide assurance that all service delivery is fully compliant, auditable, and aligned with legal, trust, and company standards. You'll champion a strong compliance culture, manage audits and data integrity, and ensure that all performance information demonstrates ISS's commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
At ISS Facility Services Healthcare, we don't just clean and maintain healthcare environments - we help create safe, compliant, and high-performing spaces that support better patient care. As a global leader in workplace experience and facilities management, we're looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at Prospect Park Hospital and ensure our services meet the highest contractual and statutory standards. In a PFI healthcare setting, compliance isn't just a process - it's the foundation of trust between ISS, the NHS, and the patients we ultimately serve. Your role will ensure that every service delivered is safe, compliant, and contractually sound, helping ISS avoid penalties, protect reputation, and continually improve how we support frontline care.
At ISS, you'll be part of a global organisation that values people, purpose, and performance. We pride ourselves on creating workplaces where everyone feels supported, empowered, and inspired to make a difference. You'll join a dedicated healthcare team committed to improving patient environments, driving best practice, and strengthening long-term NHS partnerships.
