  • Review data sources to identify late arrivals, non-compliance, and gaps for investigation
  • Collaborate with management teams across sites to improve scanning compliance and operational efficiency
  • Conduct security audits, assess controls, and recommend improvements
  • Investigate lost and missing items, determine root causes, and suggest process changes
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in loss prevention
  • Experience in logistics operations management is desirable
  • Experience with security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms
