Your new firm
Our client is a global insurance law firm currently recruiting a Complex Property Lawyer on a largely home-working basis. The team represents insurer clients, handling high-value, high-profile work.
The work involves subrogated recovery claims (typically over 250K), defendant public liability property damage claims, and policy coverage work including advice and disputes. The team deals with damages caused by fires, floods, storms, water leaks, explosions, impact damage, etc. Applications are considered nationwide, with occasional travel to Manchester for meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive with at least six months' relevant property insurance experience. You should be technically skilled, capable of analyzing complex legal cases, and confident in client interactions.
