Complex Community Nurse

Location: Wolverhampton (Community-Based – Driver Essential)

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

We’re recruiting for an experienced Complex Community Nurse to join a dynamic and growing complex care team in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity to work autonomously, using your clinical expertise to support, train, and guide care teams while making a direct difference to people’s lives in the community.

  • ✅ Someone confident in training, competency sign-off, and clinical governance

Responsibilities
  • 🔹 Assess and review individual complex care packages
  • 🔹 Provide clinical supervision, training, and competency assessments for support staff
  • 🔹 Deliver hands‑on care and ensure the highest clinical standards are met
  • 🔹 Liaise with clients, families, and MDT professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • 🔹 Support the Registered Manager and wider clinical team to maintain service excellence
  • 🔹 Audit and maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with NMC standards
  • 🔹 Champion safe medication administration and best practice in all care delivery
