Main duties of the job

Job responsibilities

Complex Care Support Workers required for our client in South Wales! We have a number of clients in South Wales with Brain Injuries, Cerebral Palsy and other complex needs with a range of shifts available including days and night shifts. Pay rates dependant on the client successful candidates are placed with - between £15-£19 per hour. Specific package details can be discussed during screening calls, so please submit your application if you are interested in exploring further. You ideally will have at least 6-12 months experience supporting individuals with Brain Injuries, Cerebral Palsy and other complex needs. Qualifications

They should possess a genuine passion for working with people, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate and empathetic nature, reliability, commitment, and flexibility. Previous experience in a similar complex care role is preferred.
