Are you an experienced critical care nurse looking to take the next step into a leadership role? We are seeking a dedicated Complex Care Nurse Manager to support adults living with long-term, life-limiting and highly complex health conditions in the community and on offer is a salary of £45,000 with excellent benefits.
This role is ideal for Band 6 ICU, Critical Care, or HDU Nurses, or experienced Band 5 nurses ready to progress into a clinically focused management position.
As a Complex Care Nurse Manager, you will deliver hands‑on clinical leadership, provide face‑to‑face support to clients and families, and oversee the quality of care delivered by your care teams. You will design personalised care plans, ensure safe clinical practice, and work collaboratively with CHC teams, commissioners and wider MDT professionals to deliver exceptional community care.
