A recruitment consultancy in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Complaints and Resolutions Handler to manage customer complaints effectively. In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of complaints, ensuring fair treatment and thorough investigations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and previous complaint handling experience. This position offers a competitive salary of £26,156 per annum with opportunities for bonuses, along with benefits including health access after 1 year and a free gym onsite.
We are currently looking for experienced complaints handlers to join our client in Barton-upon-Humber. Applicants must have previous complaint handling experience.
Your role as a Resolutions Advisor will be to take ownership of a portfolio of complaints and compensation claims, investigating, resolving and responding to all issues raised by customers and third parties.
