Qualifications

• Good communication skills, clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle basic calculations, cash handling, and invoicing.
• Keen eye for detail and adherence to regulatory policies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and the community.
• Support clients in person and by phone, arrange family visits, answer questions.
• Keep the funeral home clean, safe, and welcoming and report maintenance issues.
• Use digital systems to manage client documentation, funeral arrangements and invoicing.
• Refer regulated work to Funeral Plan Arrangers.
• Assist with manual handling of coffins and care of the deceased as needed.
• Update client management applications with accurate information.
