Job summary

Co-op is looking for a Funeral Arranger on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Chester Le Street. This part-time position is 20 hours a week from Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm, and involves building relationships with clients, ensuring a professional environment, and providing care for the deceased.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Refer regulated work to Funeral Plan Arrangers.
• Assist in the preparation and care of the deceased.
• Update client management applications accurately.
