Are you looking for a Support Worker role in Plymouth? New Direction Support is currently looking to recruit Non-Complex Support Worker to join our expanding organisation which has achieved GOLD accreditation from Investors in People.
We provide support and care services for a wide range of individuals with additional needs and as a Support Worker you will be at the forefront of our highly professional services. If you are able to work 36 hours plus a week including some weekends we would like to hear from you.
The successful applicant will be trained by New Direction Support, by completing online mandatory training and in house training. You will follow support plans and aid in supporting the person in the community as well as in their own homes to maintain their tenancies and bills. Important qualities we are looking for in our applicants is the ability to deal with situations, with a methodical approach and have patience and understanding along with following clear policies and procedures.
