Job Opportunity: Community Manager – Adult Learning Disabilities (Bolton)

Are you an experienced leader in social care looking for your next step? We’re looking for a passionate and driven Community Manager to join our Bolton team, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independent, fulfilling, and meaningful lives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire and motivate a dedicated team of support staff.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards.
  • Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the service.
  • Support, train and develop staff to achieve their full potential.
About You
  • Have proven leadership/management experience in social care (learning disabilities experience ideal).
  • Hold (or are working towards) NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
  • Are passionate about empowering people and promoting independence.
  • Can demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
