Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Band 5 Community Nurse to join our caring and progressive team in Folkestone. You will work as part of a close‑knit team dedicated to the health and wellbeing of people in Folkestone, a diverse patient group with complex needs.

Responsibilities
  • Keep people safe and well at home.
  • Use your clinical judgment to support evidence‑based care planning for people living at home, in care homes or other settings.
  • Ensure that people who use our services have a good experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high standards of patient care and improve community health.
Qualifications & Experience

As a Band 5 Community Nurse, you should have the required nursing qualification and evidence of competency in community nursing. We encourage newly qualified nurses and will support your transition into Community Nursing, providing career pathways and development opportunities.
