Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge, working autonomously within Community Nursing?
We have teams based in the following areas;
North Hub - Haxby Health Centre
Selby/South Hub - Selby Hospital, Tadcaster Health Centre or Sherburn in Elmet
East Hub - Tang Hall Clinic
West Hub - Acomb Health Centre
South Hambleton and North Ryedale - Easingwold, Pickering and Kirkbymoorside
Occasionally staff will be required to work in a hub that differs from their base.
We are community nursing teams comprising of motivated professionals, working out of the hospital setting delivering nursing care in patients' homes and community settings. We have close working networks with our hospital, social and primary care colleagues to support patients to stay in their homes and avoid hospital admission.
Each day you will work autonomously, delivering patient care to meet patient needs. We are a big team, supportive and friendly, although working independently you will always have the support of the team when needed. We have been recognised by the trust as a fantastic team and great asset to the organisation.
We want to recruit enthusiastic, caring and motivated Nurses to provide the best possible care to our patients. Graduating nurses joining our Trust receive an exceptional 12 month preceptorship programme, supported by a dedicated preceptor to help them attain the competencies in their chosen clinical area.
It is essential that you are a car driver and have access to a vehicle for work. Your mileage will be covered by expenses and parking at our community sites is free for clinical staff.
