Qualifications

• Two years' post-qualification experience and three additional years as a band 6 paramedic.
• Ability to write comprehensive clinical notes and implement care plans.
• Experience in managing patients with undiagnosed conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community visits providing clinical assessment and treatment.
• Participate in MDT meetings for complex patient care.
• Support preventive health and self-care initiatives.
