A leading NHS Trust in the UK is seeking a Community Nurse Team Leader to support the management and professional leadership of nursing teams. The role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and leading a multidisciplinary team in various settings. Candidates must have a Full UK driving license and relevant nursing experience. This is a vital position with an emphasis on clinical excellence and professional development.
We have an opportunity for the position of Community Nurse Team Leader, working with our teams at Tile Hill and Willenhall. This post supports the Clinical Lead and Service Manager in the management and professional leadership of all nursing team members to deliver a high-quality service in compliance with statutory responsibilities, professional guidelines and the policies and procedures of UHCW NHS Trust. This post provides day to day professional and managerial input to the community nursing team within their area of responsibility.
The post holder is responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of patient centred care to patients and their relatives through the development and management of staff within their remit.
The post holder will function as an independent autonomous practitioner by virtue of in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency, and experience and will lead and enable the team to provide a high-quality service.
A Full UK driving licence and access to a car that can be used for business use is essential. Please note an international driving license is not accepted.
Secondment will be considered for internal candidates – If you are successful after interview, you must obtain approval from your current line manager to accept the offer.
Successful applicants will be required to provide an immunisation and vaccination report, from either their current UK occupational health provider or their UK GP.
