A leading community health services provider in the UK is seeking a Community Nurse for a fixed term until June 2026. This role involves providing holistic care to patients in their homes as part of a district nursing service. Ideal candidates will possess a Degree/Diploma in Adult Nursing, be a registered nurse, and have strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for a Fixed Term Community Nurse to join our friendly, inclusive and forward thinking District Team, working across the West Lancashire area to provide care and support to patients in community settings.
Here at Clayton House, we are committed to continuous professional development, therefore we offer all our colleagues to attend additional courses such as Palliative care or Frailty to further improve their skills and knowledge.
The team is based out of Clayton House in Burscough.
Please note that this role is Fixed Term until June 2026.
A full UK Driving License is required due to the role being community based.
