A community healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team, focusing on adult community nursing. This role involves visiting patients in their homes to deliver personalized care, including wound care and end-of-life support. The ideal candidate will possess a Registered Nurse qualification and a driving license, with opportunities for progression to a Band 6 Senior Community Nurse position based on competency achievement. We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to work within a wider team of nurses and health care assistants. You will work under the direction of a District Nurse, to assess, implement and evaluate person centred care for a caseload of patients, undertaking venepuncture, wound care, catheterisation, syringe drivers, end of life care and symptom control. On achieving all relevant competencies, the post holder will be reviewed for a Band 6 Senior Community Nurse post. Post holders will be available to work Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm. A full UK driving license and vehicle for business use if required for this post, however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010.
