Job description

Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HTFT would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role., Day to day the role includes visiting patients to provide the care required according to the care plan written by a registered nurse, participating in handovers and/or safety huddles, and documenting the care provided.

  • Vital observations
  • Recognise and upscale issues of concern and/or safety including the deteriorating patient and issues of safeguarding
  • Phlebotomy
  • Injections
  • Wound care
  • Bladder (including catheters) & bowel care
  • End of life care
  • Moving & Handling of patients
  • Equipment provision & instruction in use
