A university organization is seeking a Community Garden Coordinator in Grantham, England. This part-time position involves planning for the growing season, managing volunteers, and tracking garden activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with sustainability initiatives and be skilled in communication and leadership. Interested applicants should be available most of Spring 2026, all of Summer 2026, and most of Fall 2026. Flexible working hours are offered, along with a pay rate of $8 per hour.

Hours Per Week: 8 during the spring and fall semesters; 40 during the summer – must be willing to start work early during summer months to avoid the hottest part of the day.
The Office of Sustainability at Messiah University cultivates an environment for across campus coordination of sustainability thought and action through the development of student leadership. The Community Garden Coordinator will facilitate and manage the people and projects of the community garden for the duration of the calendar year. This position will be required to work as part of the summer garden team (please see summer garden worker job description for more details).
Must be available for most of Spring 2026, all Summer 2026, and most of Fall 2026. Flexible working hours.
Other duties as assigned.
