Job summary

MTVH in London is seeking an Estate Coordinator to manage a brand-new building comprising two residential towers. You will be the face of MTVH on a day-to-day basis, delivering high-quality estate services to tenants and leaseholders.

The role operates 9-5, Monday to Friday, with on-site requirements in a car-free development. You will work with Local Housing Managers to ensure service providers meet high standards and policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions.
• Strong writing, numeracy and reporting skills.
• Organised with attention to detail and ability to plan the day.
