MTVH is seeking a Local Housing Manager to lead housing and estate services across a defined patch. The role is predominantly office-based with some field visits; you will be customer facing and responsible for rented housing customers while coordinating with internal and external partners.

You will manage tenancy enforcement, ASB casework, and service improvements while aligning with MTVH values of care, dare and collaborate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a social housing setting is essential.
• Experience with tenancy enforcement and ASB casework.
• Strong administration, writing, reporting and numeracy skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
• Customer-facing with diverse backgrounds and needs.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate housing and estate services within a defined patch.
• Coordinate internal and external services to meet residents' needs.
• Liaise with Local Authority and housing association partners.
• Act as contact for complaints, estate services, tenancy management and lettings.
• Oversee tenancy enforcement and case management; improve services.
• Possibility of weekend work for community initiatives.
