Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of operatives delivering repairs and maintenance services.
• Plan, survey, schedule and coordinate works, liaising with customers, contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor and report on team performance, KPIs and service delivery outcomes.
• Manage stock, materials, equipment and supply chain performance.
• Recruit, coach, develop and manage staff performance.
