Job summary

A leading NHS Trust in Central Manchester is seeking enthusiastic Staff Nurses to join their District Nursing Team. This role offers the opportunity to provide complex care in community settings, with pathways for career progression to Band 6.   • Provide complex care to adults in their own home and in community settings.
  • Collaborate with GP Services and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams to coordinate patient care.
  • Engage in development programmes and training opportunities for career progression.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and effective teamwork.
