As a Communications Developer, you’ll shape how we engage customers and colleagues through clear, compelling, and compliant communications. You’ll create, develop, and amend communications and templates that reflect our brand voice across channels. You’ll apply careful testing, technical documentation, and version control to ensure that every message is accurate, scalable, and easy to maintain.
This is an exciting time to join us as we implement new solutions and capabilities across a range of communications platforms, including Smartcomms/Thunderhead. You’ll partner with stakeholders across marketing, customer experience, product, data, and compliance to translate business rules into reusable templates and dynamic content.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You\'ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
