A UK-based educational institution is seeking a part-time Communications Coordinator for 18.25 hours per week. We are looking to appoint a part‑time Communications Coordinator on a 0.5 FTE (18.25 hours a week) at Warwick Business School. The role reports to the Communications Officer and is based within the Marketing and Communications section.
As Communications Coordinator you will support the Brand and Communications, Press and PR, and Digital teams by providing administrative and operational assistance, and contributing to the production of internal communications.
You will have strong administrative skills and a proven ability to work independently as well as in a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines are required. You should be comfortable working in a changing environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
