Overview

Write, edit and produce content and insights tailored for specific audiences that effectively differentiates Serco across our key campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Work with marketing and media managers to design content programs
• Use data and insights to evaluate the success of our campaigns
• Produce compelling content across a range of external media
• Develop and implement communication plans for internal communication to support increased employee engagement
• Develop effective communication channels and content to communicate with employees, such as newsletters, brochures, face sheets, video and social media
• Support mobilisation of new contracts through effective communications materials
• Manage one direct report

Requirements

• You’ll need excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, accessible content
• You’ll be proactive, collaborative and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Combine meticulous research with a keen understanding of what resonates with different audiences
• 5+ years' experience operating in a similar role in a B2B/professional services environment
• Proven track record of generating compelling, pro-active content which drives demonstrable business benefits

• 3 days per week job share (Monday-Wednesday)
• Band 3 / FTE £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
