Certilogo, part of the eBay Group, is a fashion-tech company passionate about Connected Products that transform physical fashion and luxury items into interactive digital assets using QR codes and NFC technology. The team operates where technology, fashion, sustainability, and regulation meet. They help brands authenticate products, satisfy EU Digital Product Passport requirements, enable circular services, and develop new engagement opportunities.
As Communication & PR Lead, you will develop and expand Certilogo’s global voice across media, digital channels, influencers, and industry platforms. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role links communication strategy with commercial priorities, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, agencies, and eBay Group partners to increase visibility, credibility, and long‑term brand value across regions.
Define and deliver a global communication and editorial strategy that supports brand positioning, business priorities, and market‑specific objectives.
Build consistent, high‑quality storytelling across earned, owned, shared, and selected paid channels, adapting messages for different audiences, sectors, and geographies.
Translate technology, product innovation, data, and regulatory topics into clear, engaging, and commercially relevant narratives.
Increase global visibility and authority through PR, media relations, influencer/KOL programs, partnerships, and industry events.
Develop coordinated communication plans that support brand partnerships, events, and designer collaborations, before, during, and after activation.
Work in close partnership with Sales to guarantee communication initiatives boost brand credibility, support lead generation, and enable commercial growth.
Track performance across PR, media, influencers, and paid activity, using insights to refine messaging and optimize future campaigns.
Demonstrated experience in communication, PR, or brand storytelling roles, ideally within fashion, luxury, technology, or innovation‑focused environments with international scope.
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop both long‑form editorial content and concise messaging for diverse audiences.
Experience adapting tone and narratives for different personas, markets, and business goals while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Ability to lead multiple projects at once, balancing thoughtful organization with hands‑on content creation and refinement.
Confidence working with agencies, media, influencers, designers, commercial teams, product teams, and senior collaborators.
Curiosity and interest in technology, fashion, sustainability, and regulation, and how these areas build future industry narratives.
Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail, capable of producing high‑quality work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional setting.
