Commis Pastry Chef - Zuma, London. Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection inspired by the informal and energetic izakaya dining style. This role is based at Zuma London, our original restaurant in Knightsbridge, a global destination and the beating heart of our brand’s energy. Part of the Azumi group, Zuma brings modern, vibrant dining experiences to iconic cities worldwide.

About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic Commis Pastry Chef to join our vibrant team at Zuma London. As a key member of our culinary leadership team, you will support senior chefs, inspire the brigade, and ensure every plate reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Support senior pastry chefs and assist in delivering consistency, precision, and excellence in Zuma’s pastry program.
  • Collaborate with a large kitchen team to maintain smooth operation during high-volume service.
  • Contribute to menu execution, plating quality, and adherence to brand standards.
