Nobu London is part of the global Nobu enterprise founded by actor Robert de Niro and chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisha in 1994. With over 40 restaurants worldwide, and a growing hotel business, the Nobu name is synonymous with luxury dining and hospitality.
You will learn about different ingredients, infusing flavours, mise‑en‑place, knife skills and cooking techniques, understand Nobu bible of classic dishes, such as the iconic Black Cod Miso, known all over the world. You will be immersed in the experience of helping to create and develop Nobu specials, seasonal dishes, and dishes for special occasions.
