Overview

Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Commis Chef to join the team at The Norfolk Royale Hotel, Bournemouth.

Commis Chef working hours

As a Commis Chef you will work 30 hours per week, including weekends and split shifts usually 6.30am-11am and 4.30pm-8.30pm with an hourly rate of £13.75, regardless of age!

Responsibilities

As a Commis Chef you will assist with all aspects of the kitchen operation from the preparation, cooking and serving of food, to maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. You will be involved in stock rotation, labelling and cleaning of equipment to ensure maximum organisation and compliance. You will work closely with the Head and Second Chefs, making this an ideal opportunity for any candidates looking to progress their career in the kitchen.
