Location: The Warren, LL53 7AA

Salary: £26,312 per annum (plus a share of tips)

Hours: 40 per week

Job Type: Permanent position or Fixed Term Contract until end of August available (to be discussed)

What You’ll Do

As a Commis Chef, you will:

  • Prepare Ingredients to assist the kitchen team, working closely with the Chef de Partie
  • Support Food Preparation & Cooking, ensuring dishes meet company standards
  • Maintain The Highest Standards of Hygiene, following food safety protocols at all times
  • Manage Deliveries & Stock Rotation, ensuring food items are stored correctly and used efficiently
  • Monitor Food Safety Compliance, completing daily/weekly food safety diaries and reporting any concerns

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role
