Commercial / Technology Associate

Growth and success have opened a new opportunity at this dynamic mid-sized City law firm for a Commercial solicitor who is likely to have 1-3 years’ PQE in a commercial practice. The work will include drafting and reviewing commercial technology, outsourcing and distribution agreements, provision of legal and risk advice as well as involvement with data protection and Intellectual Property matters.

The immediate team includes two highly regarded partners and a junior solicitor ; the successful candidate will enjoy close partner access and plenty of direct client interaction. This opportunity will be suitable for a junior solicitor who has qualified into a commercial / technology team and has upwards of 1 year’s PQE. Essential skills include excellent drafting skills, strong commercial contracts experience preferably across a wide variety of clients, a confident communication style and ability to analyse commercial problems and provide quick and concise advice around legal risk and issues.
