In this key role, you will conduct refrigeration calculations, specify equipment, create project estimates, and manage projects from enquiry to handover. Candidates should possess a C&G Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Level 2 certification, with Level 3 preferred. Responsibilities

• Conduct refrigeration and product load calculations.
• Select and specify refrigeration equipment.

• Manage technical elements from enquiry to handover.
• Perform site surveys and liaise with customers.
• Train customers on DGTCS Blast & Defrosting units.
• Support product trials and create documentation.
• Identify and report potential issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting refrigeration and product load calculations.
• Selecting and specifying refrigeration equipment that meets both project design and regulatory requirements.
• Creating project estimates and detailed specifications.
• Managing technical elements of projects from enquiry to handover.
• Performing site surveys and liaising with internal departments and customers.
• Training customers on DGTCS Blast & Defrosting units.
• Supporting product trials and creating documentation such as instruction manuals.
• Proactively identifying and reporting potential issues to senior management.
