An ambitious and well-established law firm in the South East is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to strengthen its award-winning Property team one of the most respected outside of London. Ideally suited to candidates with around 3–6 years’ PQE, this role offers exposure to high‑calibre, varied commercial property work in a supportive, growth‑focused environment.

You’ll be joining a firm known for its excellent client service, first‑rate legal work, and impressive roster of clients, ranging from developers and investors to major financial institutions and rural landowners.

What You’ll Be Working On:

You’ll enjoy a diverse and stimulating caseload, including:

  • Commercial lease work across office, industrial, and retail sectors
  • Residential development projects (large‑scale, often high‑value)
  • Acquisition and disposal of investment property
  • Property finance and secured lending transactions
  • Agricultural and estates work involving rural and landed property
  • Landlord and tenant matters for a range of commercial clients
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Ideally 3–6 years’ PQE in commercial property or real estate (flexibility on level)
  • A pragmatic, commercially‑minded legal approach
  • Strong client communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Interest in business development and networking
  • Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning and career progression
